Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Padsniper. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Padsniper helps users find rental listings, save searches, receive alerts, and optionally contact landlords or listing agents. We are not a landlord, property manager, broker, or party to any rental agreement. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, legality, quality, or suitability of any listing or property.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for your account activity and for maintaining the security of your Google account. Information you provide must be accurate and current.
Listings and third-party services
Listings may originate from third parties and may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, fraudulent, or removed without notice. Verify listings, identities, property conditions, fees, and lease terms independently before sending money or entering an agreement. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Alerts and outreach
Alert delivery and timing are not guaranteed. If you ask Padsniper to contact a landlord or agent, you authorize us to transmit the information and message you provide on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that requested communications are truthful, lawful, and non-deceptive. We may limit or stop outreach to prevent spam or abuse.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or discriminatory conduct.
- Send harassment, spam, deceptive messages, or malicious content.
- Interfere with or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
- Scrape, copy, resell, or overload the service without permission.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or intent.
Paid services
Prices and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged when incurred and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices prospectively with notice. You remain responsible for third-party costs related to a rental.
Intellectual property
Padsniper and its software, design, and branding are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it as needed to provide the service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Padsniper at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties; respond to legal requirements; or address violations of these Terms.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Padsniper is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Padsniper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, housing, or goodwill arising from use of the service or third-party listings.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will receive additional notice when required.
